In this role, Benanti will oversee firm-wide operations and execution while supporting NOW CFO’s focus on delivering high-impact financial services to clients nationwide.
Benanti brings nearly 20 years of experience scaling professional service organizations with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic planning and execution. Notably, he held several cross-functional leadership roles at a national business advisory firm, supporting enterprise growth initiatives spanning operations, strategy, sales, marketing, acquisition integration, practice development, and market expansion.

Most recently, Benanti served as Managing Director at a national business advisory firm, where he led accounting and finance transformation initiatives for clients experiencing rapid growth, mergers and acquisitions, and new private equity ownership. His experience spans accounting operations and clean-up, financial planning and analysis, process design, accounting automation, shared services implementation, and financial systems optimization.
