Alex Benanti

Alex Benanti is a growth and operations executive with almost 20 years of experience scaling professional services organizations. Among his many growth journeys, one notable example includes scaling a financial consulting firm from $10M to $400M+ through multiple acquisitions and private equity transactions.

In his most recent role as Managing Director at Riveron, Alex leads accounting and finance transformation initiatives for clients navigating high-impact events such as rapid growth, mergers and separations, and new institutional ownership. His experience spans financial planning and analysis, accounting automation, process design, shared services implementation, business intelligence, and financial systems optimization.

During his time at Riveron, Alex also held cross-functional leadership roles across client service, sales, marketing, practice development, strategy, market expansion, recruiting, and operations. Supporting the firm’s COO, he led strategic planning, executive operations, firm-wide communications, and enterprise growth initiatives.

Prior to Riveron, Alex worked at Raytheon in finance and shared services roles, applying project management, analytics, integration, and Six Sigma expertise. He is known for bridging strategy and execution to drive sustainable growth.
