Bodi Braithwaite joined NOW CFO in 2014 and is a Partner of the Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah offices. He has provided companies with accounting and finance leadership services including; operating budgets, cash-flow forecasting, KPI creation & monitoring, equity & debt financing, international accounting, SEC reporting, audit & review prep, as well as management & financial reporting.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Bodi worked primarily with E-Commerce and Merchant Processing companies. He has also worked with many technology companies, with a focus on Software Development and Software as a Service firms (SaaS).

Bodi attended Utah Valley University where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

George Stephens joined NOW CFO in 2023 as the Market President for Austin, TX. He initiated his career auditing for an international accounting firm in Dallas, catering to middle market clients across diverse industries. George later transitioned into pivotal financial roles within both public and private transportation and logistics companies.

With a proven track record, George excels in complex environments, orchestrating business turnarounds and skillfully navigating cash management challenges. He has orchestrated five private equity transactions involving change of control, mergers and acquisitions, and managed negotiations and amendments for senior and subordinated debt. George’s collaborative approach extends beyond finance, as he crafts operational KPIs to drive performance and aligns cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals. Leveraging his 20+ years as a CFO, George is deeply committed to propelling client success and business growth.

Ashlee Terry serves as the Business Development Representative for the NOW CFO Austin, Texas market. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Bioenvironmental Sciences, during which she completed three internships and co-authored a research paper published in 2015. Following graduation, Ashlee worked in Project Management for nearly seven years. Seeking to leverage her dynamic personality and passion for building client relationships, she transitioned into Business Development. She has managed the sales and business development for businesses across multiple states for several years.

Outside of work, Ashlee enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing with her pets. She is also dedicated to volunteering, including tutoring children with special needs and working at animal rescues and shelters. Ashlee is enthusiastic about expanding the NOW CFO presence and outsourced accounting services to businesses of all sizes in the Austin market.
