Randy Christensen is the President & CEO of NOW CFO. With over 30 years of experience in sales and operational management, Randy brings a versatile skill set to NOW CFO. He is a strategic leader with a track record of building and managing organizations while driving corporate initiatives that lead to company growth. Randy is an analytical problem solver in customer and employee needs and in creating solutions to complex problems. He believes in prudent management of company resources and personnel.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Randy has served in executive roles with technology and real-estate corporations where he was known for his collaborative communication style working with cross-functional teams while serving as a subject matter expert and liaison across the organization.

Randy received his education in Business from Brigham Young University.

Jim Bennett founded NOW CFO in 2005 in Salt Lake City, Utah. NOW CFO is a premier accounting firm that provides outsourced CFO, Controller, and Staff Accountant services for a broad range of industries.

Jim is a Certified Public Accountant and has over three decades of experience in both public and private industry finance and accounting. His experience is extensive, having held roles as a business owner, Chief Financial Officer, and Controller. Prior to founding NOW CFO, Jim worked as the audit manager at Deloitte, one of the Big Four accounting firms. Jim graduated from Utah State University in Logan, Utah, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.

Christina Jackson is the Chief People Officer for NOW CFO.  As a graduate of the University of Utah and a degreed senior certified Human Development leader, she brings a unique expertise in building a winning culture through leadership, operating rhythm, recognition, and feedback tied to strategy and goals with stated outcomes.

Experienced in employee management and company labour protection statutes, compliance, and government regulations, Christina’s knowledge and understanding provide great benefits for the company and its employees. With experience in succession planning, strategic framework initiatives, coaching and mentoring management, and total rewards she succeeds in directing employees to become fully engaged and self-directed, ensuring accountability and implementation of the company’s strategy

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Christina performed an executive Human Resources Management role in the technical industry for 15 years and has served as a participating board member on several boards both business and philanthropic.

Jeff Gibbs joined NOW CFO in 2019 and serves as the Chief Operations Officer. Jeff has over 30 years of experience in data analytics, process automation, accounting, and business operations.
Jeff attended Brigham Young University and obtained his Master and Bachelor of Science in Accounting with additional emphasis in Software Development and Statistics.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Jeff has held several roles in technology and data science where he was instrumental in automating core business processes and creating scalable data warehouses and effective business analytics platforms. Coupling his Big 5 accounting consulting experience with real world industry experience, Jeff has made an impact improving efficiencies and reducing costs in organizations in multiple industries such as Defense, Marketing, Training and Consulting, Energy and Mining, Agriculture, and Logistics.

Shawn Dinkelman joined NOW CFO in 2022 as the Chief Financial Officer. Shawn has over 25 years of experience running financial organizations within the management consulting and communications industries. Shawn is an skilled leader with a demonstrated history of developing high performing teams and creating innovative solutions that are efficient and effective. Shawn received a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from the University of Illinois and earned a Master degree in Business from Saint Louis University. In addition, his education background is also supported by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Webster University.
