Bodi Braithwaite joined NOW CFO in 2014 and is a Regional Partner of the Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah offices. He has provided companies with accounting and finance leadership services including; operating budgets, cash-flow forecasting, KPI creation & monitoring, equity & debt financing, international accounting, SEC reporting, audit & review prep, as well as management & financial reporting.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Bodi worked primarily with E-Commerce and Merchant Processing companies. He has also worked with many technology companies, with a focus on Software Development and Software as a Service firms (SaaS).

Bodi attended Utah Valley University where he obtained his Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting.

Caroline Hébert joined the NOW CFO team in 2019 as a Business Development Representative and now serves as Market President in the Denver, Colorado office. Caroline is often described by her peers as an energetic, friendly, and action-oriented individual who has a passion for helping clients connect goals with quick, actionable solutions. Prior to NOW CFO, Caroline started her corporate career in Private Equity at Vista Equity Partners; from there, she finished as the Team Lead for the Business Development group in one of their portfolio companies before joining the NOW CFO team.

In the winter, you’ll find Caroline at either Winter Park or Copper Mountain snowboarding in the mountains – her NOWCFO colleagues describing the way she shreds just like her personality profile! Caroline enjoys getting to know and connect with people and their stories which makes her the ideal fit to lead the NOW CFO market in Colorado supporting your business and their financial success.
