Cole Dennard joined NOW CFO in 2009, and is a Regional Partner in the Texas, Oklahoma, and Southeast offices. He has actively provided CFO and Controller services to companies in a broad range of industries including oil and gas, manufacturing, high technology, and professional services.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Cole spent several years working for Deloitte providing audit and consulting services in a variety of industries. He’s managed a residential and commercial loan servicing company and a Fortune 100 computer manufacturer. He earned his Masters in Accounting from Texas Tech University and maintains an active CPA license.

Sana Sundrani, serves at a Managing Partner in the Dallas, Fort Worth, and Chicago offices. Sana joined NOW CFO in April 2014.  Her background in small business and strategic, outside-the-box thinking have enabled her to deliver tremendous value, both within and outside of the organization.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Sana worked for a Dallas-based startup; this was a natural fit for her as she comes from a family of small business owners.  Her experience with these small businesses allowed her to very quickly learn the importance of establishing sound processes in effectively running a company.  Sana’s experience allows her to think about each business from a holistic perspective and tailor solutions that fit well into the overall framework and vision of each client. Sana graduated from Baylor University in 2013.

Tristan Jones established the NOW CFO Chicago office in 2023, spearheading business development and client success initiatives. With expertise in problem-solving and relationship-building, Tristan boasts a diverse background in business development and project management across various sectors, including Medical Device and CPG (Personal Care). She thrives in both startup and corporate environments, adept at aligning with founders and C-suite executives to understand their vision and accomplish their financial goals.

Originally from Atlanta, Tristan embraced Chicago life in 2016. A Logan Square local, she enjoys leisurely walks with her dog, exploring farmer’s markets, discovering new culinary delights, and unwinding with a glass of natural wine on a charming patio.
