Melissa Henke is a Partner for NOW CFO, based in Columbus, Ohio, and has been an integral part of the firm since 2018, where she started in Business Development. With a keen eye on emerging trends and opportunities, she charts the markets strategic course, positioning NOW CFO as a leading provider of CFO and Controller services. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Melissa was an Accounting Consultant and has always found it rewarding to help business leaders gain better visibility into their finances.

In her current role, Melissa develops strong client relationships, working closely with businesses across diverse sectors. By collaborating with clients to understand their unique financial challenges and objectives, her and her team can tailor solutions that address their specific needs.  Her passion for networking and connecting people has been a significant asset to NOW CFO. Actively engaged in professional organizations, Melissa is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, where she currently serves on Women in Transactions Committee.

Melissa attended the University of North Alabama where she earned a BBA, double-majoring in Accounting & Finance. The combination of her accounting background with her firsthand experience growing both teams and companies, positions her as a valuable resource to her clients and networking partners. Outside of work, you will find her playing in a volleyball league or hiking with her husband and their two dogs – Moe Money & Cash.

Amy Farrow joined NOW CFO in 2019 as a CFO Consultant and now serves as Partner of the Indianapolis market. Amy has worked as a CFO, controller, and VP of Finance for a wide variety of industries including hospitality, non-profit, manufacturing, real estate, education, and construction. Amy enjoys helping companies develop internal controls, budgeting, assisting with cash flow analysis, and supporting businesses in times of transition while simultaneously providing solutions to their challenges. Amy graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Amy has worked at Arthur Andersen & Co, which was previously a Big 6 public accounting firm, and is a licensed CPA. Amy was previously a finalist in the Small Private Company division for the Nashville Business Journal CFO Awards.
