Amy Farrow joined NOW CFO in 2019 as a CFO Consultant and now serves as Partner of the Indianapolis market. Amy has worked as a CFO, controller, and VP of Finance for a wide variety of industries including hospitality, non-profit, manufacturing, real estate, education, and construction. Amy enjoys helping companies develop internal controls, budgeting, assisting with cash flow analysis, and supporting businesses in times of transition while simultaneously providing solutions to their challenges. Amy graduated from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in accounting. Amy has worked at Arthur Andersen & Co, which was previously a Big 6 public accounting firm, and is a licensed CPA. Amy was previously a finalist in the Small Private Company division for the Nashville Business Journal CFO Awards.

Ashley joined NOW CFO in 2022 and leads the business development efforts for Indianapolis, Indiana. Her background as a real estate broker, property management and business development manager has enabled her to exude leadership, relationship building, honesty, and integrity.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Ashley worked for a multi-family development company and foreclosure specialist. Her excellent interpersonal skills, human resource management skills, and social intelligence highlight her valuable assemblage of productive teams for consumers and business owners. She is a charismatic, result-oriented leader with commitment towards building a conducive work environment and maximizing opportunities for individual, group, and company growth. Ashley graduated from the University of Indianapolis.
