Marianne Allison serves as the Regional Partner for NOW CFO’s Southwest Region, the firm’s largest and most dynamic territory. She also serves as the Partner of NOW CFO Las Vegas practice. Since joining NOW CFO in 2019, she has led operations across Nevada, Southern California, and Arizona, driving regional growth and excellence in client service.

Marianne brings over two decades of deep accounting and financial leadership experience. She began her career in public accounting, where she spent 13 years and advanced to Partner at a CPA firm. She then transitioned into industry, holding executive roles including Controller and ultimately Chief Financial Officer prior to joining NOW CFO. In her current role, Marianne oversees client engagements, leads market strategy, and manages business development, recruiting, and execution across the Las Vegas market and Southwest Region. Known as an innovator and early adopter within NOW CFO, she is a key influencer in the firm’s evolution, growth, and success.

Marianne holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of South Alabama and maintains an active CPA license. She resides in Henderson, Nevada, and continues to be a respected leader in the accounting and finance consulting industry.

Kimberly Filek joined NOW CFO in 2022 as a Business Development Representative for the Inland Empire Region in California. She graduated from California State University of San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Kimberly’s degree in Psychology has allowed her to have a deep understanding of human behavior in organizations and how to recognize what areas of a business are in need of solutions.

Kimberly brings agility and problem-solving creativity to NOW CFO and aims to create continued success and growth for her clients. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Kimberly led several high performing sales teams where she was committed to the development and success of her team. Kimberly’s knowledge and experience allows her to understand each client’s unique need and provide the most relevant effective solution. Her passionate, internally driven personality is what drives her success.
