Rachel Durkot joined NOW CFO in 2018 and is a Market President in the Phoenix, Arizona office. Rachel is playful, enthusiastic, and eager to help NOW CFO grow. 

Rachel went to the Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania and graduated with a Marketing Degree. She is a hopeful artist and may constantly be found drawing in her notebook. Rachel loves spending time with her friends and tries to go to concerts and sporting events whenever possible!

Christi Cereghino joined NOW CFO in 2021 as a consultant in the Las Vegas market, and has since ascended to the Partner role for the Arizona market in 2023. She holds both a B.A. and MBA and has worked in accounting for over 20 years. She has a diverse career spanning New York, Las Vegas, and Phoenix, specializing in construction, retail, telecom, financial services, gaming, and law firms.

Christi excels in M&A, audit prep, systems implementations, process improvements, FP&A, and working with PE-backed companies. As a successful and driven managing partner of NOW CFO, Christi combines strategic vision with unparalleled dedication. Her commitment to client satisfaction, innovative solutions, and fostering a collaborative work environment sets the standard for success in the accounting industry.
