Marianne Allison

Regional Partner

Marianne Allison joined NOW CFO in 2019 and serves as Regional Partner of the Nevada, New Mexico, and Arizona offices. Marianne has extensive knowledge of internal control development, forecasting, and complex modeling.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Marianne gained 13 years of public accounting experience through her roles as a Controller, Partner for a CPA Firm, and Chief Financial Officer. Marianne attended the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL, and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Marianne maintains an active CPA license. In her free time, Marianne loves writing music, playing musical instruments, exercising, and networking. She currently resides in Henderson, NV.

Kimberly Filek

Business Development

Kimberly Filek joined NOW CFO in 2022 as a Business Development Representative for the Inland Empire Region in California. She graduated from California State University of San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Kimberly’s degree in Psychology has allowed her to have a deep understanding of human behavior in organizations and how to recognize what areas of a business are in need of solutions. Kimberly brings agility and problem-solving creativity to NOW CFO and aims to create continued success and growth for her clients. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Kimberly led several high performing sales teams where she was committed to the development and success of her team. Kimberly’s knowledge and experience allows her to understand each client’s unique need and provide the most relevant effective solution. Her passionate, internally driven personality is what drives her success.
