Christina Jackson

Christina Jackson is the Chief People Officer for NOW CFO.  As a graduate of the University of Utah and a degreed senior certified Human Development leader, she brings a unique expertise in building a winning culture through leadership, operating rhythm, recognition, and feedback tied to strategy and goals with stated outcomes.

Experienced in employee management and company labour protection statutes, compliance, and government regulations, Christina’s knowledge and understanding provide great benefits for the company and its employees. With experience in succession planning, strategic framework initiatives, coaching and mentoring management, and total rewards she succeeds in directing employees to become fully engaged and self-directed, ensuring accountability and implementation of the company’s strategy.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Christina performed an executive Human Resources Management role in the technical industry for 15 years and has served as a participating board member on several boards both business and philanthropic.
