He initiated his career auditing for an international accounting firm in Dallas, catering to middle market clients across diverse industries. George later transitioned into pivotal financial roles within both public and private transportation and logistics companies.

With a proven track record, George excels in complex environments, orchestrating business turnarounds and skillfully navigating cash management challenges. He has orchestrated five private equity transactions involving change of control, mergers and acquisitions, and managed negotiations and amendments for senior and subordinated debt. George’s collaborative approach extends beyond finance, as he crafts operational KPIs to drive performance and aligns cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
