AUTOMATED DAILY REPORT
A client spending 4+ hours a night generating a daily sales report through a lot of manual data manipulation:
– Create an automated version where data is copied into data tabs and a macro creates the formatted report in seconds
– Reduced the overall time for a task from 4+ hours to 15 minutes
– Improved accuracy
The projects developed began with a business case that resulted in a break-even in 12-18 months on a cash basis. This would apply to any project intended to improve business efficiency.
