The Employee Retention Credit ERC is a refundable payroll tax credit that is available to employers who meet certain criteria as laid out in the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2021. The ERC was extended and revised for 2021. For qualified wages paid between 01.01.21 and 06.30.21, the credit expanded to 70%.
