Eric Patrick joined NOW CFO in 2017 and is a Regional Partner of the Tennessee and Indiana offices. He has worked as a leader, manager, and CFO for a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, non-profit, and farming. Eric is an expert in finance leadership, financial analysis, internal controls, forecasting and budgeting, and business support.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Eric was a CFO for a manufacturing company in Tennessee, where he was instrumental in growing revenue by 50% and income by 30% over a three-year period, through facilitating organic growth and acquisitions. Eric attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee where he obtained a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting. He maintains an active CPA license.

Melissa Henke is a Partner for NOW CFO, based in Columbus, Ohio, and has been an integral part of the firm since 2018, where she started in Business Development. With a keen eye on emerging trends and opportunities, she charts the markets strategic course, positioning NOW CFO as a leading provider of CFO and Controller services. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Melissa was an Accounting Consultant and has always found it rewarding to help business leaders gain better visibility into their finances.

In her current role, Melissa develops strong client relationships, working closely with businesses across diverse sectors. By collaborating with clients to understand their unique financial challenges and objectives, her and her team can tailor solutions that address their specific needs.  Her passion for networking and connecting people has been a significant asset to NOW CFO. Actively engaged in professional organizations, Melissa is a member of the Association of Corporate Growth, where she currently serves on Women in Transactions Committee.

Melissa attended the University of North Alabama where she earned a BBA, double-majoring in Accounting & Finance. The combination of her accounting background with her firsthand experience growing both teams and companies, positions her as a valuable resource to her clients and networking partners. Outside of work, you will find her playing in a volleyball league or hiking with her husband and their two dogs – Moe Money & Cash.

Matt Cooke became part of the NOW CFO team in August 2023, serving as a dedicated Business Development Representative based in Columbus, Ohio. Matt takes great pride in fostering authentic client relationships, all the while expanding and nurturing new connections within the Columbus business community.

Before joining NOW CFO, Matt excelled in the role of Business Development for a Wealth Management firm in the Columbus area. This experience allowed him to gain valuable insights into the inner workings of business processes and procedures. Originally from Westerville, Ohio, Matt is an alumnus of Otterbein University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.

Ian Summers joined the NOW CFO Columbus, Ohio team in August 2023, serving the role of dedicated Business Development Representative. As a proud native of Columbus, Ohio, Ian is deeply committed to the success and prosperity of local businesses. With a strong background in banking, he has gained trust and recognition in the industry for his passion to help Ohio businesses succeed financially.

Raised in Columbus, Ian possesses a unique understanding of the local market dynamics, challenges, and prospects. He is dedicated to supporting and championing Ohio-based enterprises, acknowledging their pivotal role in fostering economic growth and employment opportunities for fellow Ohioans.
