Kimberly Rocha joined NOW CFO as a Consultant in 2018 and advanced to the role of Director in the Portland market in 2020. Not stopping there, Kimberly proceeded to take the role of Market President in 2024. She has worked as a Controller and CFO for various organizations, including manufacturing, healthcare, non-profits, startups, professional services, unions, and more. Kimberly excels in setting policies and procedures for her clients, focusing on internal controls, process improvements, operational accounting, audit and review preparation, management and financial reporting, and regulatory reporting.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Kimberly spent eight years in public accounting. During her last three years in this field, she worked on a national change management project, modeling the internal finance role to achieve maximum utilization and affordability. Kimberly graduated Cum Laude from American Intercontinental University with a double major in Accounting and Finance. She also obtained a diploma from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business through the Duke Leadership Program.

Taylor graduated from Westmont College with her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Managerial Economics with an emphasis in Accounting, then went on to obtain her Master of Business Administration from Portland State University. Taylor has over four years of accounting work experience which has allowed her to seamlessly work in Business Development to help businesses achieve financial visibility in the Portland market.

Taylor is a dedicated and efficient individual who is extremely focused and detailed-oriented who is capable of accurately analyzing, diagnosing, and solving businesses financial needs and wants to set them up for long-term success.

Born and raised in the scenic state of Oregon, Katie earned a degree in Public Health from Oregon State University. Her passion for building meaningful connections has been a constant theme throughout her life.  With extensive experience in professional sales, Katie has held key roles including Director of Consumer Sales and National Sales Manager. She brings enthusiasm, determination, and a collaborative approach to every challenge, helping teams and markets grow across various industries.
