Eric Patrick joined NOW CFO in 2017 and is a Regional partner over the Tennessee, Ohio and
Indiana offices. He has worked as a leader, manager, and CFO for a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, non-profit, and farming. Eric is an expert in finance leadership, financial analysis, internal controls, forecasting and budgeting, and business support.

Prior to joining NOW CFO, Eric was a CFO for a manufacturing company in Tennessee, where he was instrumental in growing revenue by 50% and income by 30% over a three-year period, through facilitating organic growth and acquisitions. Eric attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee where he obtained a Bachelor and Master of Science in Accounting. He maintains an active CPA license.

Hillary serves as Market President in the NOW CFO Tampa, Florida market. She is a results-oriented professional focused on sales, relationships, marketing, and operations. Driven by her desire to evolve professionally, she sets a clear vision of short- and long-term goals while driving business functions and operations to maintain and achieve high-quality client service. As a Market President, her plans include recruiting and retaining prodigious accounting professionals, positively impacting growing businesses/entrepreneurs, and maintaining a supportive structure for growth. In addition to her primary job functions, colleagues and clients recognize Hillary for her extraordinary commitment to the overall development of the Tampa Bay community.
