Meet Some of Our Leadership Team

Bodi Braithwaite is a seasoned financial professional currently serving as Regional Managing Partner, a role he has held since January 2021. As Regional Partner, Bodi oversees the firm’s operations in Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah.

Bodi joined NOW CFO in 2014 and has amassed over a decade of experience in accounting and finance leadership. His expertise encompasses operating budgets, cash-flow forecasting, key performance indicator (KPI) development & monitoring, equity & debt financing, international accounting, SEC reporting, audit & review preparation, as well as management and financial reporting.

Prior to joining NOW CFO in 2014, Bodi Braithwaite accumulated valuable experience in the e-commerce and merchant processing sectors. He also collaborated with numerous technology firms, focusing on software development and Software as a Service (SaaS) companies. This diverse background has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of various financial operations, including operating budgets, cash-flow forecasting, KPI creation and monitoring, equity and debt financing, international accounting, SEC reporting, audit and review preparation, as well as management and financial reporting. Bodi earned both his Bachelor’s in Accounting and a Master’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Utah Valley University.
